Restorative Health Specialist
L.Ac., Dipl. O.M. (NCBAHM), MATCM, B.A. Psychology
Sherra has over a decade of clinical experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her practice focuses on the treatment of pain, stress-related conditions, sleep disturbances, and chronic health concerns, using acupuncture, fire cupping, herbal medicine, and nutrition therapy to support both symptom relief and long-term healing.
Sherra works with a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, digestive disorders, anxiety, fatigue, dermatological concerns, and support during complex medical treatments such as cancer care. She is known for a calm, attentive treatment style and for creating a grounded therapeutic environment where patients feel heard, supported, and able to deeply relax.
Her approach is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics and individualized care. In addition to addressing presenting symptoms, she evaluates broader patterns of imbalance, stress load, and lifestyle factors that may be influencing recovery. This whole-person perspective reflects the mind–body–spirit foundation of Chinese medicine and allows treatment to address both immediate concerns and underlying contributors to illness. Sherra also works with patients who wish to use Chinese medicine proactively to support resilience, maintain optimal health, and promote healthy aging over time.
Her goal is to provide meaningful relief while supporting resilience, functional improvement, and long-term quality of life.
