Lauren Howell

Lauren’s approach to healing is multidimensional, weaving together Acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional support, and integrative therapies. With a Bachelor of Science in Herbal Science and a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, she combines classical training with modern insights to address the root of imbalance and support whole-person wellness.

 

Her background includes 15 years in the supplement, nutrition and nutraceutical industry, extensive training in Asian bodywork traditions, cupping, massage, and tuning forks, along with advanced modalities such as Chronotherapy®, hypnosis, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She is also currently expanding her practice through the study of Somatic Experiencing™.

 

With over a decade of practice, Lauren has supported patients through a wide spectrum of health concerns—from fertility and pregnancy to chronic illness, pain, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, insomnia, digestive issues and more. She brings warmth, presence, and compassion to each session, creating space for deep healing, therapeutic results and transformation.
