Aubrey Hackman

Dr. Aubrey is a Board-Certified Licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Eastern Medicine based in Boise, Idaho, who brings a deeply integrative approach to her practice following over 3,300 didactic hours specializing in acupuncture, herbology, and Western medicine. By combining constitutional and orthopedic treatments, her expertise spans a wide array of traditional modalities with a specialized focus on pain management and women’s hormonal health, particularly peri-menopause and menopause.

To achieve optimal healing outcomes for every patient, Aubrey utilizes a comprehensive methodology that incorporates herbal medicine, fire and slide cupping, gua sha, Asian therapeutic massage, movement therapy, breathwork, nutritional guidance, and lab work when necessary.

Beyond her clinical work, she is deeply passionate about pediatric and maternal care, a lifelong mission inspired by using holistic medicine to successfully treat her own premature twin boys, who are now thriving.

This dedication is further enriched by her 25-year background in yoga and Eastern philosophy; as a deeply experienced practitioner who has led retreats and trained hundreds of instructors, her movement therapies and acupuncture practice seamlessly complement one another to create a truly well-rounded healing environment.
